Bazarbig processes only the data needed for accounts, orders, messages, RFQs, security and support.
Account data
Sign-in identifiers and email are used to identify the account and enforce access control.
Transaction data
Carts, orders, messages and quotes are available only to authorised participants and responsible administrators.
RFQ confidentiality
A supplier's quote in a multi-supplier RFQ is not shown to competing suppliers.
Sharing
Data is shared only to operate the service, comply with law or deliver notifications through a required provider; user data is not sold.
AI processing
Only the content needed for translation, categorisation, search and smart matching may be processed by Bazarbig and selected technical providers. Users should not include unnecessary sensitive information in public content. User data is not sold, and AI processing remains subject to this privacy policy.
Data we receive
We may process a mobile number, email, account identity, company or store details, verification documents, product content and media, orders, RFQs, messages, declared payment records, device technical identifiers and security logs, only to the extent needed for the service.
Purpose and data minimisation
Data is used to create and protect accounts, operate the B2B marketplace, connect parties, process orders and quotations, verify suppliers, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the service and comply with law. Bazarbig should avoid collecting unnecessary information.
Public information
A supplier's trade identity, products, media, sale terms and information submitted for a public page may be visible to visitors and search engines. Private verification documents are not public unless authorised or legally required.
Cookies and sessions
Cookies or similar identifiers may be used for sign-in, session continuity, language settings, security and technical performance measurement. Essential cookies are needed for account functions; any future advertising use must be explained separately.
Technical providers
Only necessary data may be shared with selected hosting, storage, SMS, email, security, technical analytics and AI providers. They should process it only for the defined service. Bazarbig does not sell user data.
Retention
Data is retained while an account or service is active or as needed for orders, disputes, security, fraud prevention, backups and legal duties, then deleted or anonymised where practicable.
Security and incidents
Proportionate access controls, event logs, backups and technical safeguards are used, but no system is absolutely secure. A significant incident affecting users' rights will be handled and communicated through an appropriate channel.
User requests
Users may use account or support channels to request access, correction, completion, a copy or deletion of their data. Deletion may be limited where records must be retained for law, orders, complaints or security.
Minors
Bazarbig is designed for wholesale trade and users with commercial capacity, and is not intended to knowingly collect children's data.
Policy changes
Material changes are announced through the site or account. Continued use after the effective date is subject to the announced text and mandatory legal rights.
