Terms of use

Bazarbig is a B2B platform for product discovery, sourcing requests and direct communication between wholesale buyers and manufacturers or suppliers. Registration, listing products or using Bazarbig means accepting these terms.

1. Eligibility and authority

Users must have legal capacity to create an account and conduct commercial activity. Anyone acting for a company or store confirms that they are authorised to represent it.

2. Bazarbig's role

Bazarbig provides communication and transaction-record tools. Unless expressly stated, it is not the seller, buyer, importer, exporter, carrier or contracting party for goods. The principal contract is between buyer and supplier.

3. Accounts and security

Identity and contact details must be accurate and current. Account owners are responsible for credentials and account activity. Account transfers, impersonation, deceptive accounts and bypassing access controls are prohibited.

4. Supplier obligations

Suppliers are responsible for lawful sale, authenticity and quality, accurate titles and media, price, stock, MOQ, carton quantity, lead time, licences, standards, invoices and intellectual-property rights, and must promptly correct material changes.

5. Buyer obligations

Before payment, buyers must independently verify the supplier's identity and authority, samples or specifications, stock, standards, licences, packaging, delivery time and compliance with destination requirements.

6. Listings, quotes and contract formation

A listing or displayed price is not by itself a binding offer. A transaction is formed after both parties clearly confirm goods, quantity, final price, currency, payment, tax, packaging, shipping and delivery. A Bazarbig proforma is not a payment receipt or performance guarantee.

7. Prices and charges

Suppliers must state whether a price applies per unit, pack or carton and whether taxes, packaging, insurance, freight, duties and customs charges are included or separate. The parties are responsible for agreeing and paying these charges.

8. Payment

Unless an official Bazarbig payment or protection service is expressly shown for a transaction, direct payment to a supplier is made at the parties' risk. Before transferring funds, users must confirm the recipient, amount, currency and refund terms.

9. Shipping, delivery and risk

Each transaction must define the transport method, delivery point, cost, insurance and transfer of title and risk. Bazarbig is not responsible for carriers or customs unless it separately accepts a written obligation.

10. Cancellation, returns and non-conformity

The parties must agree cancellation, shortage or damage notice periods, return eligibility and return costs before trading. Mandatory legal rights are not limited by these terms.

11. Prohibited goods and content

Illegal, smuggled, stolen, counterfeit or IP-infringing goods, weapons, hazardous materials and licensed goods without a valid licence are prohibited. Misleading, abusive, harmful or rights-infringing content is also prohibited.

12. Verification, ratings and reviews

Verification stars show only recorded document checks and on-site inspection; they do not guarantee quality, stock, financial capacity or performance. Fake reviews, paid ratings, coercion and competitor sabotage are prohibited.

13. Content rights

Users confirm they may use uploaded names, marks, images, videos and descriptions, and grant Bazarbig a non-exclusive licence to display, technically optimise and translate that content to operate and promote the service.

14. Monitoring and suspension

For security and legal compliance, Bazarbig may review, restrict, suspend or remove suspicious or unlawful content or accounts, rights violations or substantiated complaints, and may provide information to lawful authorities when required.

15. International trade

Buyer and supplier are responsible for export and import restrictions, applicable sanctions, licences, destination standards, currency and customs rules and transport arrangements. Accepting an order does not guarantee export clearance or import release.

16. Complaints and disputes

Parties should first use Bazarbig messages, order records and complaints to negotiate and provide evidence. Bazarbig may review platform records and assist settlement, but is not a compulsory court or arbitrator; access to competent authorities remains available.

17. Liability and force majeure

Bazarbig does not guarantee goods, payment or independent party performance. To the extent permitted by law, it is not liable for loss caused by user misinformation, outages, shipping, customs, legal changes, sanctions, war, strikes or events beyond reasonable control.

18. Governing law, version and changes

These terms are governed by the mandatory laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran unless mandatory law or a valid party agreement requires otherwise. The Persian version controls translation conflicts. Version 1.0 is effective 23 September 2026; material changes will be announced through the site or user account.

19. Use of artificial intelligence

Bazarbig may use artificial intelligence for translation, categorisation, suggested titles and descriptions, text and visual search, and matching buyer requests with suppliers. AI output may contain errors; the supplier is responsible for reviewing and approving final product information before publication. Smart suggestions do not replace the parties' commercial, legal or technical checks.

20. Price validity and current quotes

The last update date and validity status are shown with a price. An old price is retained only as a recorded reference and is not a firm current price. The current price must be requested from and confirmed by the supplier. Bazarbig and its AI tools must not guess prices, calculate market averages or create prices from similar products.

21. Membership, advertising and featured placement

The price, duration, features and conditions of a paid service are shown before purchase. Membership or advertising does not guarantee views, sales, search ranking or verification. Advertising placements must be identified and remain subject to Bazarbig's trust and content rules.

22. Notices and communications

Bazarbig may send essential account, security, order, quotation and material-service notices through the account, email or SMS. Promotional communications, if offered, should be separated from essential notices and be opt-out where practicable.

23. Account closure and record retention

A user may request account closure. Public information may be removed from display, while records needed for orders, complaints, security, fraud prevention, accounting or legal duties may be retained only as long as necessary. Closing an account does not cancel obligations already created.
